Rice Water Recipe for external use only (skin & hair):

Ingredients –

  • 1 cup uncooked organic brown or wild rice
  • Approx. 1 cup distilled/filtered water (or enough to cover rice)

Directions –

1. Thoroughly rinse the uncooked rice

2. Soak in water for approximately 30 minutes

3. Drain the water and use

4. Store in glass container in refrigerator

Use & Benefits:

Skin (face) – use to cleanse, tone, and soothe

Hair – use after shampooing the hair. Rinse hair with rice water. Leave on for about 15 to 20 minutes. Then thoroughly rinse hair with lukewarm water. Use to help control dandruff, strengthen the hair strands, and provide a soft supple feel and appearance.
